Minimum Age
All lessons are meant for student with a minimum age of 17 years.
Trial lessons
The trial lesson, which can only be booked once, lasts 30 minutes and costs £10.
Regular lessons
Each ordinary lesson lasts 60 minutes and costs £30.00. It is not possible to book a lesson before 48 hours. It is possible to purchase 5 lessons with a 10% discount or 10 lessons with a 15% discount.
The package of 5 lessons must be completed within 2 months of the first lesson.
The package of 10 lesson must be completed within 3 months of the first lesson.
Lesson attendance
Once the lesson has been booked, the teacher will send a confirmation email with a link to access the lesson. The student is required to connect in time for the lesson.
In case of delays, the teacher will wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the lesson will be considered complete and no refund will be provided.
Lesson rescheduling
Lessons can be rescheduled, up to a maximum of two times, based on the availability of the teacher. The lesson can be rescheduled no later than 5 hours before the start date. To reschedule the lesson, the student must contact the teacher either by e-mail or Whats App and make arrangements with him based on availability.
Further rescheduling will not be processed and the lesson will be considered completed.
Refund
Any purchase (trial lesson, regular lesson, package of 5 or 10 lessons) will not be refunded for any reason.
Advice
Book lessons on the days and times when you are most sure of not having sudden commitments.
Use a laptop for teaching.
Have a good internet connection.
